Instructions
- Prepare the Patties: In a bowl, combine ground turkey, natural garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until evenly combined. If needed, add a touch of natural gelling agent to bind the mixture. Shape into four equal patties.
- Cook the Smoked Turkey Bacon: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly cook the smoked turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Cook the Patties: In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook the turkey patties over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden brown.
