  • ½ cup Reserved pasta water

Garnish

  • 2 tbsp Parsley, freshly chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan (plant-based), grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the Spaghetti: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente according to package instructions. Reserve about a cup of pasta water before draining, then set the pasta aside.
