- Prepare the Ingredients: Chop the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Cut broccoli into small florets. Mince the garlic finely and shred the plant-based cheese if not pre-shredded. Having all ingredients ready ensures smooth cooking.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat plant-based butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and season lightly with salt and black pepper. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until golden and fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

- Make the Alfredo Sauce: Sprinkle the all-purpose flour evenly over the broccoli and garlic. Stir well to coat. Slowly pour in the plant-based milk while whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Add grape juice (natural) and vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural). Continue to cook and whisk until the sauce thickens to creamy consistency.
- Combine and Serve: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir in the plant-based cheese until melted and fully incorporated. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as needed. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
